JH Elite Skills Training/Strength and Conditioning



 

This program will develop and produce respectful hardworking elite athletes on and off the court.  These sessions are the cornerstone of the JH Elite program and will emphasize progressive skill development and mastery.  The sessions will be available weekly and will be conducted by JH Elite coaches who will provide guidance along with mentorship to each athlete.  We will use station training to maximize the impact to the athletes and to provide a variety of skill development opportunities each session, see below for program highlights.

We will create a challenging atmosphere that will ignite each athlete's inner spirit of self improvement and instill a positive work ethic and mentality, through this forum we will prepare athletes for success.

  • Learn to beat the defender off the dribble with speed and agility
  • Skill development stations
  • Learn how to create separation to create your own shot
  • Proper shooting mechanics
  • Learn how to build confidence to play at a higher level
