Coach Keaton Taylor

When it comes to coaching, I take pride in my ability to bring a youthful perspective to the game while still focusing on developing fundamental basketball players, as well as my ability to connect with my students and athletes! My number one focus is to show athletes what true dedication to basketball can do for them. As a competitive basketball player, student athlete & teacher coach, I believe I understand the process required to become an effective “Student of the Game” and one of the paths to play basketball at the next level. I hope to look back on my career as a coach knowing I sent a plethora of my players to play this game for as long as they could! In my opinion, fundamentals, communication & hard-work are the pillars of a post-secondary athlete, I hope to instill these values into each player I have the pleasure of coaching. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to coach with JH Elite and to help their athletes become better basketball players, but more importantly better people. While I played youth basketball with Foundation Youth Basketball, I am elated to join the JH Elite family because of the club’s focus’ on internal motivation, hard work, and player-development!
